Strongly upright, slender in form. Leaves are long and narrow, the upper ones whorled in groups of 3 to 9. The small, pink-white flowers appear in elongated clusters to 9" long in summer. Plant has been used medicinally. An oustanding native for garden use, it is easy to cultivate and neat in appearance. The flowers, which appear over an extended period in summer, are delicately beautiful and delightfully fragrant.
