We are almost always available for phone calls. For the rare
occasions when no one is available to answer the phone, we normally
respond promptly to messages left on our answering machine. Orders
or messages may also be sent by fax. For communications requiring
a response, the best way to be assured of a prompt answer is to
call. We have a small staff, and we have not been able to keep up
with the written messages (US Mail and E-mail) which we receive.
We try our best, but the work load involved in operating the nursery
is such that we
have built up a considerable backlog of written messages requiring
responses. We would like to sincerely apologize to those who have
had to wait a long time for a response to questions (or have not
received a response at all). In any case, we are normally easy to
reach by phone.
