An exceptionally handsome, low-maintenance ground cover. Forms a very dense, slow-spreading patch which is highly resistant to invasion by weeds. The leathery , semi-evergreen leaves are neat and clean in appearance. The elegant, multi-colored flowers appear in late spring. Good for edging or ground cover, and in rock gardens. Prefers some shade, and a moist soil with good organic content.
