The small, dark green leaves of this tidy, dense, slow-growing shrub bronze a bit in cold weather. The tiny flowers appear in May. At maturity, mountain lover may reach about 1' in height and 3-5' in width. Makes a nice ground cover. Tolerant of acidic soil.
