We are almost always available for phone calls. For the rare occasions when no one is available to answer the phone, we normally respond promptly to messages left on our answering machine. Orders or messages may also be sent by fax. For communications requiring an immediate response, it is often best to call. We have a small staff, and we normally respond promptly to e-mail. At times, however, the work load of the nursery exceeds our staff's ability to keep up in timely fashion. In any case, please feel free to call or send e-mails.
